Hi, I'm Fredrik.
In every single job I've had, I have worked with a CRM. From large global companies to startups and companies I have founded, invested in, or advised, CRM has been a constant struggle.
I began my career as an officer in the Swedish Armed Forces, and one of many things I took from that experience was the importance of efficiency and simplicity to be productive. Most CRMs today lack both. So what did we do? We decided to create the CRM we’ve always wanted to use ourselves, both as salespeople and management.
Everything we do in a CRM need to be as simple and efficient as possible. The less time you spend in our CRM the better.
The second layer to the CRM struggle is that CRM products tend to be expensive and that escalates the more users you have. You are lured in via a cheap "basic"-tier, just to realize the thing you really need is in the more expensive tier. Pricing should be simple and affordable.
Essential CRM is our solution to these long-standing challenges. It reflects how we believe a CRM should work, created by a team that’s been immersed in CRM systems for decades. Our primary goal is simple: to create a CRM that’s not only easy to use but actually gets willingly used ... a surprisingly rare thing.
